WHAT BRAND T-SHIRT DO YOU PRINT ON?

 

CAPCITY apparel is printed on the Bella+Canvas and Next Level apparel brand and manufactured in the USA.

 

DO YOU DESIGN AND PRINT YOUR OWN SHIRTS?

 

CAPCITY designs are created in-house and are exclusive to our brand. We focus on the design elements and let the professionals handle the printing. We, rarely, if ever, reprint designs.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

 

CAPCITY apparel is printed on the Bella+Canvas and Next Level apparel brand.  All of our men’s apparel is unisex, unless otherwise stated. All of our women’s apparel is tailored to a woman’s fit.

 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY CAPCITY APPAREL?

 

We recommend either turning your apparel inside out, hand washing in cold water, and air-drying, or turn your apparel inside out, machine wash in cold water, and tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron the print on the shirt.

 

HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT ANY PROMOTIONS OR NEW RELEASES?

 

CAPCITY is connected to the most popular social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, SnapChat, Tumblr, and Instagram) using the moniker CAPCITY.

 

HOW SECURE IS THE CAPCITY STORE?

 

CAPCITY uses Stripe as our payment gateway, which employs industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention tools. Your financial information is never shared with anyone, not even to CAPCITY. Once your order is received, we will follow up with a confirmation email.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

 

CAPCITY accepts all payments via Stripe using all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.) We also accept payments directly from Stripe accounts.

 

DO I NEED A STRIPE ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THE CAPCITY STORE?

 

Stripe accounts are not required to make purchases.

 

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

 

All orders shipped to addresses within the United States, and its territories, are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For international orders, special orders, or further information, please contact [email protected].

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

CAPCITY ships all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Standard shipping for orders within the United States is normally delivered within 5-7 business days. Once the order has been shipped, a USPS tracking number will be provided.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 

CAPCITY strives for 100% customer satisfaction; however, we do have some rules that help us survive as a small business. While we have a no monetary refund policy, items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned and exchanged within 15 days of delivery.  Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.  If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we will correct the situation.

PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The ordering process for pre-ordered merchandise is the same as other CAPCITY merchandise, with the exception of the shipping and delivery items. Once your pre-ordered merchandise has been ordered, and begins production, all general terms and conditions will apply. Pre-order merchandise will have specific ordering periods and will generally be shipped approximately two weeks after the specified end date. All pre-order items are non-refundable. Please see item descriptions for specific ordering dates, as no additional pre-orders will be accepted beyond specified end date.

 

DOES CAPCITY SELL WHOLESALE?

 

We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we are open to new opportunities. We want to make sure that CAPCITY is a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well.
